Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory & Documentation

• Draft, review, and audit contracts, agreements, and legal documents including NDAs, SLAs, MoUs, and vendor/customer agreements.

• Provide legal opinions and strategic advice on business transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

• Assess contractual obligation, Risk analysis and reporting.

• Dashboard development for risk assessments.

• Support dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes.

Compliance Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal compliance programs and controls.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., AML, GDPR, FCPA).
• Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.

Regulatory Affairs

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel for filings, inspections, and legal proceedings.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the business and ensure timely implementation.

Training & Awareness

• Conduct training sessions for employees on legal and compliance topics, including ethics, anti-bribery, and data protection.
• Promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior across departments.

Contract & Customer Management

• Oversee customer onboarding and vetting processes, including contract review and negotiation.
• Maintain contract repository and ensure timely renewals and compliance tracking.

Experience:

• 8 - 10 Years

Education:

• LLB, Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM)
