Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-compliance issues and recommend timely corrective actions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field along with relevant compliance certifications.
  • Proven experience in building compliance management within construction or facilities management sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in performing compliance audits, inspections, and managing risk mitigation processes.
• Preferred:
  • Advanced degree or specialized certifications in building compliance, facility management, or safety regulations.
