We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, and compliance functions for the company’s Real Estate Division. This role is central to supporting the group’s real estate projects, including pan-India showroom development and property-related compliance, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and adherence to statutory norms.
Manage end-to-end accounting for the real estate division, including ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and finalisation of accounts.
Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and RERA regulations.
Oversee costing, budgeting, and compliance for showroom openings and real estate development projects across India.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external consultants for smooth audit closure.
Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and comparative reports for management review.
Handle project-based accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition within the ERP system.
Stay updated on changes in compliance laws and accounting standards relevant to real estate and development activities.
Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong knowledge of accounts, taxation, and compliance processes.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
Ability to work effectively within ERP systems.
Experience in real estate, luxury retail (project finance/compliance), manufacturing, or service-based industries.
Background with Big 4 or reputed CA firms preferred (excluding purely audit/assurance profiles).
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills with proven ability to manage compliance-heavy environments.
