We are looking for male candidates with good English communication skills and Excel knowledge. The candidate should have good knowledge of PF & ESIC Act, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act, Shop Establishment Act, Minimum wages Act, Factory Act, etc.
Job Role:
• Complete Compliance Process cycle
• Handling all sorts of Compliance related issues according to Client requirement.
• Handling Compliance related to Shop Establishment, Contract Labour & Factory etc.
• Issuing or Renewal of Various License
• Filing of the Returns under various Labour Laws
• Handling court matters if and when needed
• Implementations of Laws
• Coordination with the Govt. authorities
• Client coordination
• Payment follow up
• Revenue generation
• MIS & Report generation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law or any relevant field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Compliance
• Knowledge of PF & ESIC Act, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act, Shop Establishment Act, Minimum wages Act, Factory Act, etc.
• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
