Position: Compliances- GM/Deputy GM

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

To deal with, handle and assume over responsibility for all regulatory matters with respect to company business, working with various regulatory bodies such as IRDA, RBI, ROC, FIPB etc and ensuring compliances with all regulatory requirements of such bodies.

To provide advice to management and staff on regulatory matters, including anticipated changes to regulatory requirements that will impact on Company’s business activities and compliance arrangements.
