Job Description:

A detail-oriented professional to manage backend export operations, including documentation, licensing, and coordination
for our growing export markets.
Role Overview:
 Handle backend export processes and ensure smooth operations.
 Prepare all required export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of
origin, and health certificates.
 Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements such as IEC, FSSAI central license, APEDA
registration, EIA/EIC certification, Halal certification, and AGMARK certification.
 Support exports to Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE and other countries as require.
 Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of export
orders.
 Coordinate and follow up with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments and
receivables .
 Maintain accurate records and assist management in reporting on export operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
 Coordinate with SCM, Costing, Finance, and Quality teams for accurate processing of export orders.
 Liaise with logistics partners, customs authorities, and government bodies for smooth operations.
 Maintain records of all export-related documentation and licenses.
 Support management with reporting on export performance and compliance.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Key Requirements:
 Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
 3-4 years of experience in export operations, documentation, or compliance in FMCG preferably in cold chain or
dairy products.
 Strong knowledge of export documentation, licensing, and regulations.
 Familiarity with export procedures for Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE.
 Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
 Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems.
