ResponsibilitiesGOM/ DRP- SRA /Investor Relations:
- Strategic coordination across governance, stakeholder management, advocacy, and financial operations in a regulated environment
- Core accounts understanding, MIS preparation, Budget vs. actual
- Budget revision and review
- Project expenses incurred vs physical progress
- Puruse key advocacy matters and finance matters with concerned officers of Planning Authority
- Lead and managing relation, compliance and financial operations for SRA and redevelopment projects.
- Act as the liaison between the Company and its two principal investors—State Government and Private Corporate—ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication on financial, strategic, and operational matters.
- Coordinate review meetings and ensure minutes, action points, and follow-ups are diligently managed.
- Track key investor/GOM expectations, covenants, and reporting obligations and ensure compliance with shareholder agreements.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing insights based on investor inputs, financial trends, and industry developments.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in handling sensitive and high-level stakeholder relationships.
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Good understanding of financial statements, corporate law, and compliance tools.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Qualifications & Experience
- CA
- 14+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or financial governance.
- Expertise in financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- 5–10 years of experience in project, SRA compliance and investor relations, preferably in government-involved or public-private enterprises.
- Sound knowledge of Companies Act, corporate governance, and stakeholder management in the context of unlisted companies.
- Experience in dealing with government stakeholders and institutional investors will be an added advantage.
QualificationsEducation Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience- Minimum of 18 years of experience in Compliance and Industrial Relations within the Real Estate industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing compliance programs and addressing issues related to industrial relations. - Experience in liaising with government agencies, trade unions, and other external stakeholders.
