Job Responsibility:-
Looking for a candidate for the role of “Manager” in the field of Human resources compliance & Audit
1. Ensure Compliances with all Labour Laws, Liasoning with Statutory Authorities
2. Filling of Statutory compliances under various Acts i.e., ESIC, EPF, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act & Workmen Compensation Act
3. Fulfill monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly compliance requirements of Clients.
4. Respond to queries raised by clients or Government Bodies like inspection notes, show cause notices, Demand letters etc. under all Labour Laws.
5. Handling site statutory issues and compliance documents sent to the unit manager and clients every month for monthly billing.
6. The government department inspects all sites' labour, ESI, and PF.
7. Audit all sites as required by the client.
8. All sites' labour license renewal and new license, renew of WC policy.
9. Employee engagement and handling employee grievance
10. Handling bonuses for all the states as per the Bonus Act and distributing them to all the employees.
Education : Must be a graduate with MBA in HR or Law is preferred.
Age : Must not exceed 40 Years
