Job description:
Within the Trade Compliance team you will contribute to execute
- Requests received for HS code classification.
- Communicate with Global Suppliers for gathering SVHC’s (Substance of Very High Concern) details in Parts/Products for REACH, RoHS, TSCA and Proposition 65 Legislations
- Creating and maintaining records for SCIP (Substances of concern in Products) Dossier creation and validation process.
- You work in a team of designers, project engineers and logistics engineers.
- You will not be engaged in supplier development, negotiation or purchasing of parts from the suppliers
Experience requirements:
- Basics of mechanical & electrical engineering should be clear
- Able to read & understand engineering drawings, structure of bill of material & supplier’s catalogues.
- Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong attention to details.
- Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts.
- Must be comfortable working with large data sets.
- Knowledge of BPCS / ERP is a plus
Educational requirements:
- B.E graduate: 1-2 years’ experience
