Job Description

Sing Fuels is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to lead the Corporate Compliance and Regulations desk in India. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the company’s adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across its global operations.

As SingFuels has a growing international footprint with offices and entities in multiple jurisdictions, this role requires a strong understanding of global compliance standards and the ability to support consistent implementation across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Company’s corporate compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks across all global offices.

  • Monitor and track legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the Company’s operations and assist in assessing potential impacts.

  • Conduct research and analysis on corporate governance, regulatory trends, and compliance-related matters.

  • Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of required regulatory filings and documentation.

  • Assist in executing internal reviews, risk assessments, and compliance testing to ensure adherence to internal controls and external obligations.

  • Prepare supporting materials for internal and external audits focused on compliance and regulatory affairs.

  • Work closely with senior compliance staff, legal counsel, and business units to address compliance queries and support implementation of corrective actions.

  • Communicate compliance policies and assist in the delivery of compliance-related training and awareness programs to employees.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all compliance activities and regulatory interactions.

  • Perform other compliance and regulatory-related duties as required, contributing to the strengthening of a global compliance culture within the Company.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs (experience in an international or cross-border context is preferred).

  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management principles.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions.

  • High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information.
