Job Description:

🌿 Urgent Hiring – CSR Executive / Officer

📌 Industry: Integrated Steel Plant
🗂️ Domain: ESG, CSR, ISO Audit Compliance (including ISO 26000)
📍 Location: Raipur
💰 Salary: Based on experience & interview

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & monitoring of CSR initiatives aligned with ESG frameworks

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 26000 and other CSR standards

  • Coordinate and prepare for ESG audits, CSR impact assessments

  • Draft CSR policies, reports, and stakeholder communication

  • Liaison with government bodies, NGOs, and internal departments

✅ Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work / Environment / Sustainability / MBA

  • Experience: 3–5 years in CSR, ESG, or Sustainability in manufacturing or steel sector

  • Strong knowledge of ESG metrics, CSR laws, and ISO standards

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
