Compliance team JOB DESCRIPTION

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •          i.            Circular implementation
  •        ii.            Opinions – Business models
  •       iii.            Compliance Reviews and Monitoring Programme 
  •       iv.            Preparation of Process notes 
  •        v.            Ensuring compliance IRDAI Regulations
  •       vi.            Handling various Compliance aspects  
  •     vii.            Vetting and filing of advertisements as per IRDAI Regulations
  •   viii.            Resolving queries of various department on Regulatory aspects
  •       ix.            Filing of Regulatory Returns with the IRDAI
  •        x.            Implement requirements under Anti Money Laundering Regulations

 

INTERACTIONS

Internal Relations:

Interactions with CCO, KMPs, CFO, MD and Key business stakeholders

External Relations:

IRDAI, IIB, FIU and such other bodies 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications:

CS/LLB

 

Work Experience:

4-5 years, post-qualification experience in insurance industry

Other skill set: Good communication and analytical skills. Good excel skills would be added benefit
