About Role: Incumbent will be part of Global IT Head
Mandatory Skills:
• Required to have excellent understanding of the IT Control framework, in particular risk assessment and control selection, ISMS audits. • Working experience on ISO 27001:2013 compliance • Provide information security awareness training to organization employees • Creating and managing security strategies • Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment • Serve as a focal point of contact for the information security for customer and organization • Manage and configure physical security, disaster recovery and data backup systems • Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other department managers within the organization • Review and manage ISMS policies and procedures • Proven ability in risk management and assessment responsibilities. • Develops and provides appropriate guidance on solutions to mitigate risks and enhance system security • Ability to communicate Risk to non IT business owners and support function such as delivery, HR, Admin, Legal, Contracting and others • Have deep understanding of security issues to provide ISMS exceptions. • Manage ISMS incidents and mitigation plans. • Deep understanding of privacy and business continuity requirements Desired Skills:
• Demonstrates ability to work in virtual team with help of tools and technologies • Demonstrates ability to handle conflicting situation & should have strong verbal, written communication & analytical skills • Must have systematic and pragmatic approach to problem solving • Demonstrates good inter-personal skills, high standards of professional behavior in dealings with business customers, colleagues and staff
• Have a good technical awareness and the aptitude to remain up to date with information security and IT developments
Location: Bangalore- Hebbal
Experience: 7-12 years post qualification experience Qualification: B.Tech or M.Tech in Engineering
