Solution Architect – MCA Rule 3 Compliance (India Implementation)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of a compliant, audit-ready backup and hosting solution for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
This role is critical to ensuring adherence to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Rule 3 compliance requirements for Indian legal entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the primary technical liaison with the Finance Head, statutory auditors, and compliance teams.
Participate in UAT sessions and audit walkthroughs to present compliance evidence and system readiness.
Solution Architecture
Design and implement a secure, scalable ETL and hosting architecture for Books of Account data from Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO).
Architect data pipelines using Oracle DBCS, APEX, and SFTP servers hosted in India.
Ensure daily incremental backups, audit trails, and real-time dashboards are in place.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with MCA Rule 3 (including 2022 and 2023 amendments) regarding data residency, accessibility, and audit-readiness.
Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure provisioning, data integrity, and audit failures.
Project Governance
Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to align on milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths.
Support the preparation of BRDs, SoWs, and compliance documentation.
Technology Evaluation
Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms (e.g., Oracle BI Publisher, APEX) for optimal performance and compliance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Oracle ERP solutions.
Proven experience in regulatory compliance projects, especially MCA Rule 3 or similar mandates.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financial modules.
Experience working with audit teams and presenting compliance evidence.
Familiarity with India-based hosting, cloud infrastructure, and data security protocols.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle APEX and DBCS.
Prior involvement in India-specific regulatory or financial compliance projects.
Knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing best practices.
