Job Purpose | The Inter-Regulatory Forum (IRF) consists of multiple regulatory bodies, including the RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, NHB and others. In this framework, the RBI has been designated as the Principal Regulator for the Bajaj Group, with Bajaj Finance Ltd identified as the Designated Entity within the group. The team handling IRF Compliance will be responsible for engaging with the RBI, understanding their requirement, and liaising within the group companies. Build strong relationships within the group to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. |
Duties and Responsibilities | Compliance – Inter Regulatory Forum (IRF) Compliance Function plays a central role in identifying the level of Compliance risk in the organization. The compliance function comprises of Regulatory correspondence team, Advisory team, Compliance Monitoring & Testing team. The incumbent will be part of the Compliance – IRF Team and will be responsible for engaging with the RBI for IRF requirements. Additionally, the team will be liaising within the group, building strong relationships within the group to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, consolidate, analyze and reviewing data received from different group companies as per the regulatory requirements and submission of the same to the IRF. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of submitted data with regulatory standards. • Ensure timely follow-ups are conducted to track progress, address any delays, and ensure that all tasks and requirements are completed within the established deadlines. • assessing the nature of the request raised by regulators, identifying the relevant departments with the required expertise or data. |

Required Qualifications and Experience | Educational Qualifications • CA / MBA Fin or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience. • Understanding of business and operational processes. • Good understanding of regulatory requirements from various regulators. • Analytical, Presentations and Interpersonal skills. • Ability to learn and implement at a fast pace. |
